What We Did
A new customer approached us after evicting a tenant from his property. It had taken 12 months to get them out; the property was in a bad way. In the past, he had managed his own refurbs and had bad experiences with builders, but this was too much for him. He approached us to manage and complete the job for him within a six-week timescale, ready to sell.
About this Project
Firstly, the customer was met on-site, and the specs of the works were discussed. From there, an all-in quote was provided for supply & fit on everything, taking the pressure off the customer. The property was completed, and the keys were returned to the customer on time, ready to sell.
