Nick Pownall

Founder & Managing Director

I am the Founder and Managing Director of NP Property Services. The company was born in September 2014 after leaving a job in Resource Planning, where I decided I wanted to go back to my roots working on sites and amalgamate that with my planning knowledge and ability. I have always wanted to own my own property portfolio and saw this as a way to start that journey. We found a local investor looking to expand their portfolio around South Yorkshire rapidly; the rest is history. They have tripled in size and now cover nationwide, and we have followed them on that journey for the past nine years while also carving out our own name as a property refurbishment company. We work with numerous landlords and agencies to provide high-spec refurbishments around the country, bringing houses back into use or simply updating them to meet their needs. I have two children, a boy and a girl, and hopefully, one day, at least one will want to get involved with Dad’s company and keep the name going for many years to come.

Adele Pownall

Founder & Head of Operations

I am the Founder and Head of Operations and general do-it-all for NP Property Services. I have worked for large corporations across the world throughout my life but came back to the UK 11 years ago. Since then, I have worked for well-known house builders in Operations roles. My focus is the customer journey and making sure that all of our customers have a good experience with us and also retain these customers so they use us again and recommend us. I organise our teams on a daily basis to ensure that we are meeting the needs and SLAs in contracts we hold, as well as responding to emergency works.
