What We Did

A regular customer purchased property a that was used by the housing association previously to house tenants in 6x studio flats. The property had been vacant for 30 months prior to us entering. The work was to be mid to high-end to satisfy working tenants that they were looking to put in.

About this Project

All systems, including fire alarms, were checked prior to work, and the full scope of works, including kitchen designs and bathrooms, was given to the landlord for sign-off. Once agreed works were completed
