Where do you cover?
We cover the length & breadth of the country. Our main work is primarily in South Yorkshire and the surrounding areas but we are happy to work nationwide.
What kind of work do we specialise in?
The core of our business is a turn key facility for property owners. We agree a spec and return a house to them fully renovated. We do however undertake maintenance contracts across South Yorkshire where small jobs are a regular occurrence for us.
How long does a typical full refurbishment take?
Depending on the spec, type of property and level of works etc, we aim to turn around full works in 6 – 12 weeks, although for the reasons stated every job is different. What we will do is once we quote for the works we will give our estimate of how long it will take us to complete the project.
How do you charge for a project?
We agree a payment structure with each customer. Our usual terms are 4 agreed payments of 25%. One prior to starting, 2 at set points during the work and then one on completion.
Do you offer free in-person estimates?
Yes. For every project we will meet you on site, we will discuss your wants and needs before then providing a full itemised quote.
Can I see examples of your previous work?
Yes. We are happy to show our previous works to you. A lot can be found across the website but any specific works can also be shown.
