About Us
NP Property Services provides all your trade needs under one roof. We are a family-run property maintenance company. Founded in September 2014, we have provided skilled tradespeople to the public. Based in Doncaster, we work primarily in Yorkshire but will work nationwide on the refurbishments. We have been as low as London, as high as Durham and coast to coast from Bridlington to Blackpool. Our speciality is providing a complete turnkey approach to our refurbishment work, so the customer gives us the keys, tells us the specs, and we hand the keys back, ready to rent or sell.

Here at NP Property Services, we take real pride in getting a derelict or dilapidated house refurbished and back into use. The shock and awe moment from owners, neighbours, and everyone else when they see what it was to what it now is is a great feeling. Our primary focus is on delivering a high standard of work using fully qualified, highly motivated tradespeople who take pride as much as we do in ensuring a superb job is completed for the customer.
